Publish Date : 21/05/2026
KIPHIRE, MAY 21, 2026: The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire, has officially set in motion a week-long, intensive Nationwide Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign across the district. Running from May 18th to May 25th, 2026, the campaign is centered around the driving theme, “Jan Bhagidari – Sabse Door, Sabse Pehle” (People’s Participation – Reaching the Farthest First).
Initiated under the guidance of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, this high-priority campaign merges two landmark central initiatives: the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM JANMAN) and the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA).
The campaign utilizes a convergence-based, multi-departmental approach to target the district’s tribal populations, with a sharp focus on reaching Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) residing in remote and isolated pockets.
Key Activities of the Campaign
Led by District Administration and in coordination with multiple line departments, the daily field-level itinerary features a comprehensive micro-action plan including:
-
Door-to-Door Outreach: Field teams are visiting households in designated village clusters to handle spot registration, identify missed beneficiaries, and update critical documentation like Aadhaar cards.
-
Jan Sunwai (Public Hearings): On-site camps dedicated to grievance redressal, entitlement verification, and resolving land or utility issues.
-
Health & Livelihood Saturation: Setting up wellness camps focusing on nutrition and health screening, alongside Self-Help Group (SHG) mobilization, skill development, and market linkages.
-
On-the-Spot Delivery: Running Adi Seva Kendras to ensure immediate, multi-sector services are processed directly in the village ecosystems.
The District Administration has directed all designated Nodal Officers, Block Development Officers (BDOs), and District Master Trainers to aggressively monitor daily field progress, ensuring that no eligible beneficiary in Kiphire is left behind.
