Dr. Ambedkar Medical Aid Scheme

The primary objective of the scheme is to extend medical aid grants to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) patients who are suffering from serious ailments that require critical medical interventions or surgeries, such as:

• Kidney, Heart, Liver, Cancer, and Brain surgeries

• Any other life-threatening disease including Organ transplants and Spinal surgery

The scheme will be implemented through the hospitals listed (click on the pdf for hospital list)

Beneficiary:

Community: The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) community. Income Limit: The annual family income of the applicant must not exceed ₹5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs).

Benefits:

Direct 100% financial disbursement to the treating hospital via RTGS/NEFT/DD up to specified limits.
