KIPHIRE, March 17, 2026 – In a decisive move to accelerate regional development, a comprehensive presentation on the Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 saturation campaign was conducted today at the DPDB Hall, DC Office. The session was a focal point of the District Line-Departments meeting, aimed at synchronizing efforts across the Kiphire Aspirational District and the Khongsa Aspirational Block.

The presentation was delivered by the Aspirational Block Fellow (ABF) and official Development Partners, who briefed district officials on the strategy to achieve 100% saturation of key government indicators.
